Skip The Shots, Have a Health Drink

(1/4-1/2 scoop"We don't need vaccines, we need fruits and vegetables, and to wash our hands!"

That is what my 3-year-old (at the time) said when she heard Elmo's vaccine propaganda. She's pretty smart. Why do kids get sick and what can we do to stop it? I hear so many people talk about how getting sick often as an infant/child is great, "because they are building their little immune systems." That does not resonate well with New Biology(TM). We are born with our immune systems working impeccably (unless mom got shots while pregnant, then there is no promise of that). The reason anyone "gets sick" isn't about catching something, it is about getting rid of something, which happens to be accompanied by symptoms. It happens more often in children (unless they have an alkaline lifestyle and diet) because their immune systems are so high-functioning that the minute their bodies get an overload of acidic trash (like meat, eggs, dairy, alcohol, coffee, processed food, GMOs, sugar, etc.) either from mommy's milk, formula, or their own eating habits, the body needs to expel it. It is so simple.

It better be or my kids are in for trouble. They have averaged about 2 runny noses each in their lives and are 2 and 4 years old. If they need to get sick to build an immune system than these kiddos are the sickest healthy kids I have ever seen. That logic is just, well...nonsense. I happen to know many other families who practice similar eating habits and are anti-vaccine/anti-pharmaceutical medications who also have unrealistically healthy kids.

In addition, people want to know if there is anything ELSE they can do to help as they transition to a more alkaline lifestyle. Yes. We drink a daily health drink. If I haven't just added this all to our green shakes or I feel they should have additional health drinks, this is what I do...
The one I make for my kids contains:
2 ounces alkaline water
1/4 tsp activated charcoal
a pinch of baking soda (this depends on their tolerance for it, NOTE* keep your baking soda in a sealed bag or container so it does not absorb toxins from the air)
1 tsp low dose colloidal silver

They also love gel caps of D3 and A, so I can just hand those to them. I give them 2 each of 5000IU D3 most days.

And they love it!

UPDATE! I wrote this article a few years ago. My kids now have a collective 18 years between them and none have ever needed or used a pharmaceutical of any kind! I have made some upgrades over the years to our regimen as I have learned new things and new products have become available. Here is what we currently do:

Most days I actually just dump these things into my morning garlic green shake!
If I am making a big blender full of lemon garlic green shakes for the family I add to it:
1/4 tsp Vitamin C - plus everyone gets 1 teaspoon throughout the day in their water bottles.
1 tsp Silver
1 tsp magnesium

1 dropper Iodine
1-2 Tablets NAC
2-3 capsules glutathione
1 Tbsp activated charcoal
1 tablet zinc orotate
1 capsule, opened potassium orotate
1 capsule Vitamin A
2 capsules quercetin

Everyone also gets 2 soft gels of 5000IU D3 daily.

We grown ups also drink 1 quart of water daily that contains these supplements. I don't put them in the salty green shake because they are more fruity tasting, and it makes the water delicious! They are really strong so I let the kids share some but I don't feel they need these on their own unless they are under the weather.

L-arginine (1/4 -1/2 scoop)
Potassium (1/4-1/2 scoop)
L-norvaline (1/8 tsp)
Plus another scoop of the C above!

Thank you for your posts. I'm learning alot about why vaccines are of the devil. However, I'm really confused now. I'm extremely new to the anti-vax community an I've been researching how to get healthy and stay healthy. I have a 4 month old who I guess I'm letting the devil scare me with these diseases. My older 2 are vaccinated because I thought I was doing good. I have researched other Christian websites and what they say do to stay healthy and it includes organics and probiotics. Now I have found your post stating no meat and no probiotics. I feel like I'm in a losing battle as I try to make the switch to detox and stay healthy. So I fear my kids will get sick because I am not making the switch quick enough because I am spending so much time researching to find what is best and where to find the healthy stuff anyway. So, maybe I'm just asking for prayer, I don't know. In just ready to be healthy but had no clue the alkalinity thing. Just looking for help!!

Hi Shalimar,

Glad you found this blog and are enjoying it and learning. Let me clarify something. Yes, vaccines are most certainly of the devil. But they are in a special category along with many pharmaceuticals that involve abortion and nasty side-effects.

Most things are not so much an issue of sin or spirituality. If you eat free-range grass fed meat (or any meat) or use probiotics, or use lots of salt or no salt or drink vinegar or honey isn't an issue of the devil. There are different theories as to why these things are great (or not). God gives us liberties and there is freedom in that.

There are so many theories and most of us have good intentions and are speaking from our own personal experiences. Anyone switching from a SAD diet to say, a Paleo diet will see and boast tremendous improvements because they have switched to grass-fed meat, eliminated dairy and sugars, and are eating more veggies. People starting or taking probiotics will see benefits in their digestion and colon and as they eliminate tons of waste they will certainly see other improvements in their health. All of the items in the "Remedies That Harm" series that I wrote about DO come with short-term perceived or realized benefits, but when you look at the blood of anyone taking those things the damage is obvious, and the long-term damage eventually does peek it's ugly face. Understanding of New Biology (TM) and Nutritional Microscopy as taught by Dr. Young is very rare. If you read my testimony on the landing page you will understand why I am so convinced that it is the best way of health out there.

Jesus said "Do not fear". Don't be afraid. Read, pray about what you read. You are always welcome to send me an email or ask a question for another perspective, or even clarification if what you are reading contradicts something I write. When you pray and have peace, just do what you believe God is leading you to do. If you or your family can't overcome a certain obstacle, seek more, pray more, give yourself the freedom to try something different - adding or eliminating something. If you want to have your blood checked by a microscopist email me your State and I can send you a list of some in your area.

You are on the right path and are already making improvements. When you have fears creep in about your little one getting disease because you have chosen not to vaccinate, read my "One Shot At A Time" series and you should be able to calm right down. ;)

Blessings to you and I will pray right now for you.

Courtney

Hi, I'm just wondering, in your link you posted a bout ACV and probiotics being bad for you, this is a shame to hear. Where did you find all of your information? Also, does live milk kefir grains go into this category? I just bought some for my 10 month old daughter's milk to make it "alive" again since I can only find pasteurized milk at the store. Please tell me all that you suggest!?

Hi Chelsae,

It is a shame, sort of. If you read the "About Me" page you will understand where and how I learned the information. It is also really evident during live and fired blood microscopy. I say it is sort of a shame because so many people use these remedies, but unless you just LOVE drinking ACV and taking probiotics/drinking scoby (and yes live kefir grains are in the same boat) it might be a relief that you don't need to do all that for optimum health.

For my kids, besides my milk, they only had water (and the drink in this post). You could make your own live, raw nut milks! Almond is pretty pure as is brazil nut, and hemp seeds. Just blend 2-4 tbsp soaked nuts with pure, fluoride-free alkaline water until smooth. You can strain if needed and you have raw, live milk without the bacterial load in animal milk!

Hope that helps! Thanks for the comment and question. :)

I'm so sad seeing children suffering from disease. Forget about the vaccine, Eating healthy foods are enough to be healthy.
