General Tso's Veg (6.5)

Chopped Assorted Veggies in 1" pieces:
Cauliflower, Broccoli, Asparagus (or whatever you like, I think adding some bell peppers would be awesome!)
Batter:
1 Cup Organic Sprouted Whole Wheat Flour (or you could use what you have on hand or mix flours)
1 Cup Water (preferably alkaline water with a pH of 9.5)
2 tsp. Olive oil
2 tsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Organic Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Organic Ginger Powder
1 tsp. Sea Salt
Sauce:
1 Cup Mango Fruit Spread
1 Cup Orange Fruit Spread
1 tsp. Sriracha Sauce (or to taste)
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
1 tsp. Organic Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Organic Ginger Powder
Method:
Preheat oven to 450. Mix the batter ingredients in a bowl. Toss in the chopped veggies and spoon onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. While the veggies are baking, mix all of the sauce ingredients over low heat and stir until smooth and melted. Once the Veggies are done. Mix them in the pan of sauce briefly and lay on a bed of rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
