Raw, Vegan Feta

Fresh Organic Strawberries (optional)

Fresh avocado slices (optional)

Strawberry Dressing:

10 chopped strawberries

1 TBSP coconut sugar

1 TBSP lemon juice

2 TBSP fresh basil leaves

Simmer on stove and then blend with 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/4 cup grape seed oil
