Chili Salad
Winter is a great time for soups, and spicy meals like chili, but instead of putting your chili on rice, put a small scoop on a huge bed of organic greens!
For the Chili:
4 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
5 baby carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 cans kidney beans
30 oz. organic tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
1 can organic tomato paste
House Blend :)
Chili Powder to taste (we use a lot - like about 1/2 cup, but not everyone likes that much!)
