Simple Cinnamon Yogurt (5)
SO simple, fast and easy. This unfermented, probiotic-free yogurt is raw and as healthy as yogurt gets.
3 dates, soaked in very alkaline water (10 pH) to cover for 10 minutes. Your best option for water will do if you do have access to alkaline water.
1/2 avocado
1/4-1 tsp cinnamon (this really depends on your personal taste, I LOVE lots of cinnamon)
dash of salt
After soaking the dates (I use a Magic Bullet cup and then just whip it all up in the bullet because the small cup handles this recipe better than a large blender or processor), blend the dates - WITH the water they soaked in and all of the other ingredients until perfectly silky and smooth - about 1 minute.
You could use a mini-processor if you have one or quadruple the recipe the get it to work in a blender or processor as they don't do well with very small batches.
