Wrap
Alvarado Street Tortillas (they work best for a wrap because they fold easily)
Hummus
Veggie Filling (can include any and all of the following, make it the way you will like it!)
Spinach
Cabbage
Carrots
Roasted Cauliflower in Toasted Sesame Oil (one of my favorite wrap toppings)
Broccoli Slaw (or broccoli florets)
Bell Peppers
Avocado slices
Chopped Raw Garlic
Sprouts
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
House Blend
Toasted Sesame Oil
Olive Oil/ Grape Seed Oil
Spread out a LARGE area with plastic wrap. Place your tortilla on top of the wrap. Put hummus on first and then load with veggies, top with seasoning and oil. Wrap the plastic wrap over the tortilla so it is easy to handle and doesn't fall apart or leak out oil as you bite into it. Continue to peel down the plastic wrap so you don't eat that. Enjoy!
