Raw Macadamia Nut Cheese (7)
So, so delicious. Massage into kale to make kale chips, dehydrate for slices, or use blended and warm for a cheese sauce or macaroni and cheese.
2 cups soaked and drained raw macadamia nuts (or cashews - both are delicious and have a different flavor!)
1/2 cup alkaline water
2 mini bell peppers, or 1/4 red bell pepper
1/3 raw onion
3 cloves of raw garlic
Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
5 cherry or grape tomatoes
2 teaspoons organic chili powder blend
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
Blend with high speed blender for 2 minutes or until smooth. You can use any old blender, it just might take a bit longer to get it smooth!
