Excalibur Dehydrator  Just a note here, I prefer the one without the timer because I don't want it to shut off and forget I have food in there which could get soggy and rot if the dehydrator does not keep running. This is the king of dehydrators! Beware of those that don't let you control the temperature, it needs to stay at 120 degrees to be raw!

I have used them all: Blen-Tec, a $10 blender from a regular store, and the Vitamix. They all work, but my favorite (by far) is the Vitamix!
