Courtney, I've got a question: On top of all this, you run the output water through the ionizer before drinking it, correct? I mean, all this you're doing to clean/purify your water would be sort of a pre-filter before running the water through the ionizer, am I right on this? BTW, I love your recipes, Keep them coming :-)

Hi,
So I no longer use my countertop unit but I keep it for travel. The Perfect Water 508 has the deionization built into it, so no need for the other. It does it all, and SO much better!

I'm glad you like the recipes! My next post is actually going to be a recipe post to catch up on several that I've been wanting to add.
