Chocolate Pudding, 2 ways
Option 1 (More alkaline Version, approximately 12 mg caffeine with cocoa powder)
1 Large Avocado
1 Tbsp. Organic Cocoa Powder (could sub in 2 Tbsp. carob powder if desired)
1 Tbsp. Green Stevia Leaf Powder
2 Tbsp. Almond milk
Blend ingredients in food processor or blender until perfectly creamy. Adjust cocoa and stevia to taste and almond milk for texture if desired.
Option 2 (more caffeine - approximately 30mg, more sugars, husband approved)
1 large avocado
2.5 Tbsp. Organic Cocoa Powder
3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp. Almond Milk
Process until smooth and perfectly creamy.
Additional variations: add some cinnamon into the mix, a dash of cardamom, or zest of an orange
