Nope. Sorry to burst the probiotic bubble, but this is another natural remedy that may have short term benefits that are accompanied by nasty long-term consequences.
OK, so let me back up, even Dr. Young, who's New Biology(TM) the health in this blog is primarily based on at ONE time encouraged the use of probiotics in his first edition of The pH Miracle. When questioned about this by someone during the Microscopy Class that I was enrolled in, he said this about it: "I mis-spoke." Here is why...
Probiotics DO have short-term benefits, seriously! They can help regulate digestion and the gut, but not without a heavy price to pay. Over years of analyzing blood, we noticed that those who take probiotics have long-term misfortune, and we saw it in a lot of cancer victims. When you take probiotics they don't JUST go to work in the gut, the entire blood supply is loaded with bacteria, breaking down what were once healthy red blood cells, stinking up the plasma, creating the need for an extreme production of white-blood cells to clean up the festering funk that is probiotics swarming all around the blood, breaking down the entire body as it is pumped through. They feed yeast. They feed mold.
When flooded with these disgusting little guys over time, the body has to do something to protect itself from this invasion of bacteria which might even include casing it all off into clusters of filth. These are also known as tumors. The lymph nodes become overwhelmed trying to clean this bacterial trash out of the body and get enlarged and infected as they break down. This bacteria breaks down the tissues in the body, not just the dirt in the colon. There are no such things as "cancer cells" there are cancerous cells - which are any of the body's cells in a broken down, deformed, or mutated, even rotting state. Often, it is cells molding...rotten tissue, even. So, based on this view, it isn't bone cancer in the sense that cancer attacked your bones, it is your bones molding and breaking down because lifestyle and diet caused them to rot. Same with breast cancer, lymphatic cancer, blood cancer, etc. Probiotics contribute to the rot. I know, it is tough to hear, especially if you are a fan of taking probiotics as a supplement, eating cultured food on purpose for it's health benefits, or consuming yogurt - because you love it AND it is improving your health. Nope.
While you might see some great results in your ability to poop, there are other ways you can clean your guts, regulate your bowels, give yourself a clean-sweep in the guts, rebalance your intestines, and at the same time CLEAN your blood instead of FILTH it up! When you hear the term "gut health" and understand the importance of it, you realize how fundamental it is to overall health. But it means so much more than just having regular bowel movements. Your gut health is not only about how much you poop and it certainly is not just about balancing bacteria. There are many things that actually cause damage to the intestinal villi, the lining, and the organs. Probiotics do not address those things, they really only address certain types of constipation.
Living the alkaline lifestyle will do for far more for your gut than probiotics. Eliminating animal products is a huge part of clearing the bowels and replacing them with raw greens is ideal. If you want or need an extra boost in some areas, here are some products that you can take instead of probiotics to clean the colon:
*Magnesium. I use this because it does't have any nasty fillers or unfavorable ingredients. It is great for the gut and also muscles, nerves, and much more.
*Colonics or enemas. For a great boost to the gut add in some baking soda and chlorophyll.
*There are also CB1 receptors throughout the gut that respond and signal repair to help healing ingot health. As a certified CBD coach I recommend taking CBD to promote a healthy gut, brain, and body. I recommend this CBD, as it's quality is far above any others I have seen.
