Natural Remedies that Harm, Part 4: Probiotics

2/10/2015

Wait...WHAT??!?!?! No way, everyone that has ever heard of natural remedies knows that probiotics are great! Great for the gut ,digestion, well-being, health, right?

Nope. Sorry to burst the probiotic bubble, but this is another natural remedy that may have short term benefits that are accompanied by nasty long-term consequences.

Picture
needcbdhealing.comThe above picture is a photo of probiotic bacteria (gross).

OK, so let me back up, even Dr. Young, who's New Biology(TM) the health in this blog is primarily based on at ONE time encouraged the use of probiotics in his first edition of The pH Miracle. When questioned about this by someone during the Microscopy Class that I was enrolled in, he said this about it: "I mis-spoke." Here is why...

Probiotics DO have short-term benefits, seriously! They can help regulate digestion and the gut, but not without a heavy price to pay. Over years of analyzing blood, we noticed that those who take probiotics have long-term misfortune, and we saw it in a lot of cancer victims. When you take probiotics they don't JUST go to work in the gut, the entire blood supply is loaded with bacteria, breaking down what were once healthy red blood cells, stinking up the plasma, creating the need for an extreme production of white-blood cells to clean up the festering funk that is probiotics swarming all around the blood, breaking down the entire body as it is pumped through. They feed yeast. They feed mold.

When flooded with these disgusting little guys over time, the body has to do something to protect itself from this invasion of bacteria which might even include casing it all off into clusters of filth. These are also known as tumors. The lymph nodes become overwhelmed trying to clean this bacterial trash out of the body and get enlarged and infected as they break down. This bacteria breaks down the tissues in the body, not just the dirt in the colon. There are no such things as "cancer cells" there are cancerous cells - which are any of the body's cells in a broken down, deformed, or mutated, even rotting state. Often, it is cells molding...rotten tissue, even. So, based on this view, it isn't bone cancer in the sense that cancer attacked your bones, it is your bones molding and breaking down because lifestyle and diet caused them to rot. Same with breast cancer, lymphatic cancer, blood cancer, etc. Probiotics contribute to the rot. I know, it is tough to hear, especially if you are a fan of taking probiotics as a supplement, eating cultured food on purpose for it's health benefits, or consuming yogurt - because you love it AND it is improving your health. Nope.

While you might see some great results in your ability to poop, there are other ways you can clean your guts, regulate your bowels, give yourself a clean-sweep in the guts, rebalance your intestines, and at the same time CLEAN your blood instead of FILTH it up! When you hear the term "gut health" and understand the importance of it, you realize how fundamental it is to overall health. But it means so much more than just having regular bowel movements. Your gut health is not only about how much you poop and it certainly is not just about balancing bacteria. There are many things that actually cause damage to the intestinal villi, the lining, and the organs. Probiotics do not address those things, they really only address certain types of constipation.

Living the alkaline lifestyle will do for far more for your gut than probiotics. Eliminating animal products is a huge part of clearing the bowels and replacing them with raw greens is ideal. If you want or need an extra boost in some areas, here are some products that you can take instead of probiotics to clean the colon:

*Magnesium. I use this because it does't have any nasty fillers or unfavorable ingredients. It is great for the gut and also muscles, nerves, and much more.

*Colonics or enemas. For a great boost to the gut add in some baking soda and chlorophyll.

*There are also CB1 receptors throughout the gut that respond and signal repair to help healing ingot health. As a certified CBD coach I recommend taking CBD to promote a healthy gut, brain, and body. I recommend this CBD, as it's quality is far above any others I have seen.

If you feel sad because you will miss yogurt, try this perfectly raw, non-fermented cinnamon yogurt_.

Here is a recipe for amazing raw, non-fermented feta cheese. It is the perfect compliment to almost any salad! Oh my word, delicious!

Try this amazing Arugula, orange, feta salad!

Hi, it is listed under sweets. Here is a link http://www.alabasterliving.com/raw-simple-cinnamon-yogurt.html

Thanks, Courtney. I finally saw that you have the Recipes folder on the top of the page. :-) I've printed out quite a few. I'm so glad I found your blogs on MeWe today.

I'm sorry to find that fermented foods aren't a good thing and so many other things I thought were good, like probiotics. I guess a person should take them when they are taking antibiotics, though, about two hours or so after the antibiotic dose is taken, but after the antibiotics are finished, they should stop. Is that correct?

SO glad this is a blessing to you!

I suppose that if you really enjoyed and craved fermented foods and probiotics it would be tough to give them up, but if you were just consuming them because you thought they were healthy this could be a great relief. :)

I still personally would not take probiotics after antibiotics...

I guess I probably am mistaken about that and you would say don't take antibiotics, ever, and also don't take probiotics, ever.

Courtney

Exactly. Now, I would not die or let my children die while withholding antibiotics, don't get me wrong. But, just like with many other things, you can see problems arising long before it gets so out of control that drastic measures are needed. Following the program is a great way to avoid the need for pharmaceuticals, ever. If we feel something brewing in us that lets us know we have gotten too far off track and are developing an acidic condition we start with lots of charcoal, extra baking soda, D3, L-arginine, extra greens, veggie shakes with raw garlic in them, pHlush, and DepHense (a silver supplement) and depending on the symptoms maybe something else. That usually throws us back into a healthy state and nothing else is ever needed.

But, if for some crazy reason one of us ended up on antibiotics, I still would not take probiotics. My understanding is evolving, but from what I can see right now by looking at live and dry blood and reflecting on what I know about how antibiotics can damage the intestinal villi, I would rather take measures to heal the gut in what I believe to be a genuine way. I think probiotics often give great results, but they are perceived results by masking underlying symptoms. I would take tons of charcoal and chlorophyll (glycerine-free) and do charcoal, chlorophyll, and baking soda colonics/enemas as well. I would also take lots of pHlush (a magnesium supplement) to flush out the antibiotics and do a green-shake cleanse.

Thanks for your interesting articles! Could you point me in the direction of further information in regard to ill-effects of probiotics? I strongly suspect a friend has probiotic 'poisoning', but am finding it difficult to find helpful information. It seems most of the information is praising the use if them. TIA

Thank you so much, Trudy for your encouraging words!

I believe that The pH Miracle, revised and updated has more information on it. The problem is that no matter which way you look, both with allopathic and holistic medicine, both camps are in support of probiotics because they have visible results. It is only through the lens of New Biology(TM) that you will find alternative information. There might be other sources out there, but I don't know of any.

Even some microscopists trained by Dr. Young still promote probiotic use along with other harmful remedies in this series and some I have not yet mentioned, but they are not maintaining true to the findings of New Biology. Most microscopists, however, really do take the bacteria loads they see in the blood to heart and see through the proof of live blood analysis the damage probiotics take on the body.

Here is a list of micrscopists trained by Dr. Young by location. Anyone following what they believe is a healthy lifestyle who doubts what they are doing could be causing more harm than good, if they just see their blood, need to admit something is wrong. It is convicting to say the least! This is not an exhaustive list of microscopists, I'm am not on it although I am certified by Dr. Young, so if you can't find someone in your area let me know in a private email where you live and I'll see if I can find someone for you. :)
